Notes:
The September read should stay bounded. There is a distinction between reporting the evidence we have and turning the review into a new decision process. This note is for the former. Owner responsibilities remain intact; nobody should read the review as a reassignment of the work or a reason to open a parallel owner thread. Account-thread evidence questions should go to Sarah. That belongs in the note so people know where to send questions rather than distributing them across the group. There is no hiring decision today. The review is not an instruction to start one, and the wording should not imply that a staffing approval has happened. The central point is to report the September evidence while keeping the existing responsibilities clear.create_doc1 facts100Create a document titled Sep 14 support-triage summary using my usual summary format from the notes below.
Notes:
Acme asked where the export documentation explains resuming a request after a connection drops. Their follow-up asks whether the example covers a long date range. These are documentation questions, not a report that an export failed. Evergreen asked whether the usage wording in its help text refers to active developers or every invited teammate, and requested an example for someone invited but not active that month. Mercury has three source-specific tickets: one reports an invitation email that did not arrive, another asks about an unexpected role label, and the third concerns a teammate list that did not refresh after a change. They arrived separately; there is no evidence here of one shared cause. Atlas has a JWT clock-skew question. The customer wants to know which timestamps to include in the support thread. The on-call handoff reports no customer-impacting incident. A second handoff entry repeats the Evergreen wording question and should not be mistaken for another customer or incident.create_doc4 facts105Create a short Evergreen usage continuity document comparing the final November 2025 and June 2026 counts and their overage treatment. Say whether either required custom commercial terms.create_doc4 facts115Create an Evergreen account-review agenda covering the December 2024 current-state pilot packet and distinguishing it from the separate broader procurement/security work.create_doc2 facts120Create a short late-deploy coverage note explaining what the Q3 2022 weekend incident should have taught us before the later March outage.create_doc3 facts122Search my notes for Scaffold pricing-model material and create a scratchpad with the returned snippets and source labels.embeddings_encodevector_searchcreate_doc1 facts128Check Mercury, Atlas, and Compass, then create today's manager update in my usual status-update format.
Mercury implementation note: The teammate list now refreshes when a role-change request completes instead of waiting for the next poll. The occasional pending banner can still remain for about 30 seconds.
Atlas handoff: Review the cursor-versus-fresh-poll, webhook, and JWT examples before the next support walkthrough.
Compass handoff: Check the archived screenshot captions before the September 18 review.check_project_statuscreate_doc2 facts135Create a short Evergreen Q3 admin-review closeout note recording what its July review accepted and whether that changed the commercial scope.create_doc2 facts137Create and save a short historical timeline document recording the date, time, and timezone when the lead firm formally passed on the 2023 B-round pitch.create_doc1 facts139Create a short owner-routing note for September 18 prep showing who owns routine operating work and where ambiguous cleanup should go.create_doc9 facts141Create an archive note explaining which interactive format worked at the April 28, 2023 all-hands, its per-team timing, and how it compared with the Q&A attempt.create_doc3 facts142Create a brief reconnection note recalling my impression of Anna Rao at our April 19, 2023 meeting.
