003121Jul 16, 202507:20 UTC-05:00Cherrywood revised today’s planned building-panel interruption from 1:00–3:00pm to noon–4:00pm because the electrician needs a larger access window; there is still no reported fault inside our unit. Update the existing July 16 calendar event rather than creating another one, preserving the device-charging, refrigerator, Kibo-water, cool-settling-spot, and work-away notes, and text Sam: “Cherrywood revised today’s planned building-panel power interruption to noon–4:00pm. The existing prep notes still apply.”

003123Jul 16, 202509:40 UTC-05:00Draft my response using demonstrated work rather than a project list: one example of changing a high-stakes operating decision, one example of creating leverage by moving routine work to Owen and Ines, and one area I should stop handling personally. Preserve Daniela’s engineering control and don’t imply that Q3 operating-authority decisions have already been made.

003124Jul 16, 202511:25 UTC-05:00Customer Success sent three literal questions after Ines’s first approved message-state guide: 1. “If authority is verified, does that also mean outreach is allowed?” 2. “Can a proceed result clear a hold in another workspace for the same person?” 3. “If entitlement is stale but Customer Success work is current, which reason should the operator show?”

Say that the established field meanings and authority boundaries are unchanged, and that she should decide how the next reference addresses the confusion; I’m not asking her to edit the first guide or prescribing the answer.

003126Jul 16, 202516:20 UTC-05:00The panel work is finished and power returned at 4:05pm after the noon–4:00pm interruption. I kept the refrigerator and freezer closed. The refrigerator thermometer now reads 44°F, frozen items still feel solid, there’s no electrical odor or equipment fault, and Kibo is comfortable with water in the cool interior room. Give me a conservative immediate food-safety triage sequence, including what to discard, what can be cooled promptly, and where uncertainty should be treated cautiously.

003127Jul 17, 202508:35 UTC-05:00Cherrywood’s early renewal offer is for December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026. It lists $2,495 monthly base rent, $75 monthly parking, $25 monthly pet rent, and $20 monthly trash, with no renewal-processing fee listed. The response is due August 8, 2025, and the offer does not include our current renewal’s negotiated early-vacate clarification.

003128Jul 17, 202508:35 UTC-05:00Compare this with our current terms—December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025, $2,425 base rent, the same $75 parking, $25 Kibo pet rent, and $20 trash, no renewal-processing fee, and the preserved early-vacate clarification. Quantify the annual increase, distinguish the unchanged fees from the missing clause, and identify the precise questions Sam and I should resolve before deciding. We aren’t accepting or declining yet.

Case 3: parent-company domain mismatch was corroborated, but the selected connector reports expired credentials. Create a calendar event for July 25 from 10:00am to 10:30am Central with me, Priya, and Ines. Note that scheduling the review does not mean the guide is complete or accepted yet.

Make clear that the review does not itself approve a new reliability control, expanded operating authority, or a change to engineering release and rollback ownership.

The raw evidence can remain in a restricted appendix or source ledger if that’s the better structure.

003138Jul 19, 202510:30 UTC-05:00Sam and I are reviewing Cherrywood’s December 1, 2025–November 30, 2026 renewal offer. The $70 monthly base-rent increase is manageable, but we won’t accept unless our current negotiated early-vacate clarification remains. Email Cherrywood property management asking whether that clarification will be incorporated into the final renewal, whether the listed $2,495 base rent, $75 parking, $25 pet rent, and $20 trash are the complete rent and recurring fees, and whether there is no renewal-processing fee. Make clear this is only a clarification request and that we have not accepted the offer.

003139Jul 20, 202509:15 UTC-05:00I’m using the blue-plus-brown neutral from the July 12 swatches for a rainy-doorway study. In the first pass, the doorway and street wash are still clearly separated while wet, but the warm interior edge is starting to flatten as both areas dry toward the same middle value. I haven’t added more orange. Recommend a controlled next step using value separation, edge handling, and drying time rather than increasing saturation or turning this into a finished-work commitment.

Use only the established eligibility, pending-state, assistance, and refusal rules. Keep missing, stale, unresolved, or conflicting required state fail-closed, preserve field-specific pending reasons, and make clear that verified external authority is connector-readiness state—not permission for automated contact or other outreach.

003142Jul 22, 202508:05 UTC-05:00Daniela confirmed that the inactive lifecycle contractor’s Customer.io campaign-editor account was disabled through the normal access-control path. I do not see an existing quarterly Customer.io access-review note for this review. Create the note and record this confirmation, including that no further access-removal action remains.

003150Jul 23, 202514:10 UTC-05:00The first Q3 Lifecycle Systems operating review is complete. Owen independently presented the June 17–July 20 CS auto-nudge ledger: 914 unique decisions, 38 field-specific holds, and 876 decisions that proceeded or were suppressed using current state. The holds were 29 stale qualifying-human-admin states, five unresolved external-authority states, and four stale entitlement states. Twenty-four of the 29 qualifying-admin holds occurred from 7:00am to 9:00am on six weekdays when the overnight source refresh finished late. There was no governed-field disagreement and no customer correction.

003151Jul 23, 202514:10 UTC-05:00The shared contract failed records closed as designed, but we were learning about source lateness only after records reached the hold condition. Priya approved Daniela’s pre-breach source-age alert for an August 6 release; it is scheduled, not live. Priya also set a September 19 evidence lock and a September 24 quarter-close review, both from 1:00–2:00pm Central. The September 24 decision is limited to whether routine CS auto-nudge messaging-state reviews and operator guidance should remain in Ines’s independently owned lane without my line-by-line approval. My exception authority and Daniela’s engineering release and rollback control remain unchanged.

003159Jul 25, 202510:20 UTC-05:00Ines independently completed her second Q3 message-state guide. It keeps external-system authority, connector authentication, entitlement, qualifying-human-admin status, and active Customer Success adoption or renewal work separate. It defines external-system authority as readiness to perform the connector’s required owner-level permission or network-allowlist action—not permission for automated contact. Proposed state-meaning changes, disputed interpretations, customer corrections, and incident stops route to me, while engineering release and rollback remain with Daniela. Priya and I accepted the guide without substantive edits. This gives Ines two approved, independently authored references but does not broaden her review-closure authority.
