Quantify the annual increase, distinguish the unchanged fees from the missing clause, and identify the precise questions Sam and I should resolve before deciding. Customer Success sent these four de-identified Helio Start cases: Case 1: exact-domain admin proof passed, supported connector authenticated, external authority verified, asks which OAuth scope to select. Case 2: exact-domain admin proof passed and connector credentials available, but applicant is not sure who can make the required network-allowlist change. Update the existing FAQ to clarify that assistance for unresolved connector authentication or external-system authority happens before admission, and that admission requires every established eligibility field to be current and supported. Keep the distinct field meanings, fail-closed behavior, and refusal routes unchanged, and don’t introduce a combined readiness label.

Our current electricity term ends July 31, 2025. The supplier is offering a 12-month fixed plan advertised at an all-in 13.4 cents per kWh at 1,000 kWh with a $150 early-termination charge, or a month-to-month plan starting at 14.8 cents per kWh with a variable rate and no termination charge. Our recent household usage has been about 820–1,050 kWh a month, and Sam and I haven’t signed the pending Cherrywood renewal.

There’s new information on the pending Helio Start applicant: the outside IT provider that controls the required network allowlist now says its earliest review date is July 30, and no owner-level evidence has been submitted yet. Send a new email to Cherrywood property management saying that those clarified terms are acceptable to Sam and me in principle and asking management to send the promised revised e-sign package. Make clear that we have not accepted or signed the renewal yet.

Kibo’s physical city registration tag arrived by mail. The tag number is K-25-18473, and it corresponds to the registration already accepted through June 15, 2026. Update the existing June 7 registration reminder/calendar record so the mailed tag number stays tied to the existing confirmation; there’s no medical or registration problem to report.

Ines independently completed her second Q3 message-state guide. It keeps external-system authority, connector authentication, entitlement, qualifying-human-admin status, and active Customer Success adoption or renewal work separate. It defines external-system authority as readiness to perform the connector’s required owner-level permission or network-allowlist action—not permission for automated contact. Proposed state-meaning changes, disputed interpretations, customer corrections, and incident stops route to me, while engineering release and rollback remain with Daniela. Priya and I accepted the guide without substantive edits. This gives Ines two approved, independently authored references but does not broaden her review-closure authority.

Create the approved reference document for Ines’s second Q3 message-state guide and add a concise evidence comment to her growth-focus document recording the independent authorship, acceptance without substantive edits, five-field separation, and unchanged authority boundaries.
