Sam received a supplier offer for the proposed pork special at $4.85 per raw pound instead of $5.60, but the minimum purchase is a 25-pound case. The recipe still uses 18 raw pounds, assumes 28% trimming and cooking loss, serves six cooked ounces per plate, and has $3.20 of other ingredients and garnish per plate. The remaining twelve replacements are paused. Recommend whether to revert all six first-wave templates or correct only the affected template, and specify the additional preview case that should gate the remaining twelve replacements.

The meeting will test the approved three-cohort and 150-mature-account gate using separate activation, support, routing, entitlement, lifecycle, and refusal-boundary evidence. It is not an expansion review, and no outcome is assumed. Create the calendar event, identify the existing Helio Start continuation-gate brief as the working document, and state those constraints in the event.

Customer Success identified nine Helio Start applicants whose ownership-proof upload stalled on mobile Safari between April 10 and April 12.
