Send proof that you control the account so we can approve your Helio Start workspace.” Rewrite it in customer-readable language so it asks for safe corroborating evidence, explicitly warns applicants not to send passwords or sensitive customer data, and explains that unresolved ownership can move to assisted review without implying that the applicant has failed or weakening the direct-admin rule.

The plastic bracket on my rear bike light cracked at the end of my ride home. The light still illuminates, but it rotates downward over bumps and the existing clamp can’t secure it reliably. Owen and Customer Success still need to validate the four pre-admission cases and the number of distinct workspaces or applicants in each category before I publish it.
