Request

Please review the continuous-control row in the Q1 2028 board packet draft `doc_q1_2028_board_evidence` and post a readiness-review comment. Explain how the blank outcome-window field should be handled, identify the other metadata that must be present, and state whether the row can remain marked ready while any required input is incomplete.

Required memory

Fact 169

Priya and Riley Tanaka revised the Q1 board operating-evidence intake to require continuous-control rows to state exact coverage dates and set the outcome-window field to `not applicable — continuous control coverage`.

We finished the first Q1 board operating-evidence preparation review. Daniela pointed out that continuous system-control coverage cannot truthfully be labeled as a predeclared customer-outcome window, while Owen’s customer-motion rows do require complete cohort windows. Ines also confirmed that lifecycle limits need to stay attached to the individual claims they constrain rather than living in a shared note. Priya and I revised the intake so Helio Start, Expansion Assist, pricing-page path quality, and CS auto-nudge system controls each have an independent readiness status. Customer-outcome rows must name a denominator, cohort dates, and a complete predeclared outcome window. Continuous-control rows must instead name exact coverage dates and set the outcome-window field to `not applicable — continuous control coverage`. Every row must include measurement limits, exclusions, source owner, source or release-reliability evidence, revenue and forecast treatment, and final claim owner. Any row missing a required input remains `not board-ready`. Update `Quarterly board operating evidence intake — Q1 2026` to reflect those decisions. Also add `Q1 board operating-evidence source lock` to the calendar for March 16, 2026 from 10:00am to 11:00am Central and `Q1 board operating-evidence final claims review` for March 24, 2026 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm Central.

Fact 170

Priya and Riley Tanaka revised the Q1 board operating-evidence intake to require every row to include measurement limits, exclusions, source owner, source or release-reliability evidence, revenue and forecast treatment, and final claim owner; a row missing any required input remains `not board-ready`.

Fact 160

Every claim in the quarterly board operating-evidence section must identify its denominator and complete predeclared outcome window.

The board operating segment is complete. Tomás decided that beginning January 1, 2026, I’ll own the operating-evidence section of each quarterly board growth package; this is a January handoff, not an active recurring role in December. Owen will supply denominators and measurement limits, Ines lifecycle-governance limits, and Daniela source and release-reliability evidence, while I’ll set final operating claims and exclusions. Marcus Vail retains forecast ownership, and Tomás retains the final board narrative. Every claim must name its denominator and complete predeclared outcome window. Helio Start must pair admitted workspaces with complete day-90 windows, refund-adjusted cash, and account-level support effort; Expansion Assist remains descriptive without a claim-specific controlled comparison; the Q4 Pricing Path Clarity Test supports only fewer unsupported-path starts; and CS auto-nudge evidence supports only system-control performance. Nothing outside those scopes gets revenue or forecast credit. Send the text-only follow-up email titled “Quarterly board operating evidence — January 1 handoff” to Owen, Ines, and Daniela, copying Priya, Marcus Vail, and Tomás, documenting the handoff and these boundaries.
