Request

Update slide 4 of Q3_2026_Operating_Baseline with Evergreen's final March and May 2026 usage and the Growth overage treatment for each month.

Required memory

Fact 273

Evergreen Bank’s signed annual Mercury Growth renewal runs from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027 on standard terms: $7,500 per month including up to 200 monthly active developers, plus $1,000 per additional 50 monthly active developers.

Sarah and Devon got the completed Evergreen signature packet this morning. Please update the Evergreen Bank CRM row now so the commercial status is clear and nobody treats this as a custom package or routes follow-up back to me. It is an annual Mercury Growth renewal for February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027 on standard terms: $7,500 per month including up to 200 monthly active developers, plus $1,000 per additional 50 monthly active developers. The signed agreement includes quarterly current-state/admin reviews only and does not include a granular sync-operator commitment, custom admin package, overage cap, department carveout, roadmap appendix, delivery date, or advanced-admin renewal obligation.

Fact 290

Evergreen finalized March at 199 monthly active developers, with no overage forecast and no department-cap language.

Devon brought me the final March close after Leo tapered the temporary enterprise logging query on March 31. AWS closed at about $19.0k, Pinecone at about $4.0k, and the logging query added only a small one-time debugging cost before it was turned off. Evergreen finalized March at 199 monthly active developers, so still below the included Growth threshold, with no overage forecast and no department-cap language. I want one clean paragraph for Devon's Q2 operating file that frames this as standard monthly hygiene and standard-term customer work, not vendor risk, not a prepaid-capacity push, not a financing-efficiency claim, and not an Evergreen custom usage commitment.

Fact 302

Evergreen Bank finished May with 221 monthly active developers, representing one standard Growth overage band under the existing terms.

Devon brought me the final May close this morning, and it moved enough from the prelim that Anna wants the working board slide corrected before she freezes the appendix. Evergreen Bank finished May at 221 monthly active developers, which is one standard Growth overage band under the existing terms. AWS closed at about $18.8k after the final allocation cleanup, and Pinecone closed at about $4.2k. Devon also confirmed there is still no contract change, prepaid capacity, vendor-risk issue, or custom commercial exception after we declined Pinecone's annual/prepaid offer. Please update May_2026_Board_Operating_Working, slide 6, so the final read lands as operating discipline: March-May standard Growth usage and monthly vendor hygiene are holding, and this is not a financing-efficiency package or an expansion/custom-scope story.
