The listed exclusions are obedience training, boarding, and nonmedical behavior services. The $78 line was submitted as an examination associated with Kibo's storm-anxiety diagnosis. The $50 prescribed-medication line was allowed and applied to the deductible.

Kibo's February 6 claim is under formal appeal. The $78 anxiety consultation was excluded, while the separate $50 medication line was allowed and applied to the deductible. Send the insurer an email appealing the exclusion of the $78 consultation and requesting reprocessing under the policy's behavioral-treatment coverage.

The live bounded path still requires admin proof, simple deployment, connector access, external authority, current entitlement, and supported billing. Unresolved ownership, imports, migrations, manual billing, and agencies route out. Rewrite the proposed Helio Start pricing-page headline and supporting copy so they remain inviting while preserving the bounded admission and assisted-review paths.

On my usual Thursday bike commute, barricades closed four blocks of the protected lane for an unannounced utility trench. The posted bicycle detour uses a frontage road with a 45 mph limit and no shoulder, and dawn light is still low.
