An account exposed in the final Expansion Assist wave replied through the existing help path: `Our team has reached the visible usage ceiling and would like an options review. We are not asking you to change the plan or provide pricing yet.` Classify this as a valid response to an already completed exposure, not a new prompt. Customer Success should honor it as a handoff-triggering help request because the agreed usage ceiling was crossed, while Owen records the help request, handoff, and any later expansion outcome separately. Closing exposure means no further prompts are sent; it does not mean a response to a valid exposure is ignored. Do not treat this as a plan change, pricing request, pipeline event, or forecast credit.

Ines's proposed lifecycle email for 27 workspaces with a verified integration but no published first automation after 14 days is:

Under the integration-first definition, these workspaces are already activated, and publishing the automation does not require a plan change. Rewrite the subject, lead, and CTA to acknowledge the verified integration, focus on publishing a first automation as the next useful action, and offer optional help without saying they still need to activate or upgrade.

Send Priya a private end-of-week synthesis. The Helio Start account-level join is complete and recorded, including the matched refund-adjusted cash and account-level support evidence, but it still has no paid-acquisition cost comparison. The activation audit corrected the product-review unit from 77 events to 68 unique workspaces, and the standard report is unchanged. Expansion Assist exposure is closed, and I decided not to build an interim conversion dashboard because the outcome windows are unequal and immature. Showing only the 21-workspace average would overstate cohort-wide burden, while showing only the 52-workspace average would hide how concentrated the effort is among contacted workspaces. Pre-admission connector assistance and billing contacts remain excluded from both.

Mom's air conditioning is repaired, and the closet has held at 49% relative humidity for 24 hours. The closed archival boxes and sleeves stayed dry during the temporary relocation, with no odor, tackiness, condensation, or visible change. The 40 photographs can return to the stabilized closet now. Acme Dev Shop contacted ordinary Customer Success after seeing its product-visible usage ceiling. Owen confirmed that customer ID `cus_acme_dev_shop` was not exposed in the closed Expansion Assist pilot. Classify this as an account-initiated request for normal Customer Success handling and any ordinary commercial follow-up, not as a pilot help request, exposure, or outcome. Its similar wording should not cause it to be counted retrospectively in Expansion Assist reporting or added to the closed 30-account primary file.

Expansion Assist is flagged as overdue because it has been running for more than six weeks, but the exposure phase is closed at the approved operational maximum and the final 45-day outcome windows are still maturing. The experiment does not have a complete outcome read yet. Recommend the status treatment: whether it should remain running for measurement, be marked inconclusive now, or stay running with a separate annotation that exposure is closed and no further prompts will be added while the approved windows mature.

I received two sharply different reactions to the narrator's competence before book club.
