Create a Helio Start first-paid measurement audit brief. The provisional hypothesis is that raw paid events overstate settled first payment. Use a non-zero cash-payment metric for the 52 admitted Helio Start workspaces with complete day-30 windows. The audit needs explicit checks for same-day full refunds, zero-dollar invoices settled entirely by credits, duplicated paid-event rows, and timestamp boundaries. Keep the result interim first-paid evidence rather than retention or forecastable revenue evidence. Owen will inspect the invoice exceptions, and Daniela will validate the eventual backfill.

The revised June 1 private-dinner prep sheet says: Standard 20-serving batch: 12 lb raw chicken thighs; 2.5 cups soy sauce; 1.25 cups brown sugar; 0.75 cup rice vinegar; 0.5 cup sesame oil; 0.5 cup grated ginger; toasted sesame garnish. Revised need: 22 standard servings. Approved sesame-free two-serving batch: 1.5 lb chicken in sealed package; 0.25 cup soy sauce; 2 Tbsp brown sugar; 1 Tbsp rice vinegar; 1 Tbsp canola oil; 2 tsp grated ginger; no sesame garnish. Scale the standard recipe from 20 to 22 servings and give a prep and labeling order that keeps the approved two-serving sesame-free batch separate through service.

An applicant replied to the pending-connector email with a string that Ines identified as a likely live API token, despite the instruction not to send credentials or secrets. Ines quarantined the reply before anyone used the value, and no one copied it into Helio systems. Give me an immediate internal containment checklist and draft the applicant response. The response should direct the applicant to revoke or rotate the token, never resend it, and continue through assisted handling using confirmation of connector authority rather than the credential itself. Internal confirmation of revocation and message disposition will remain pending.

Update the Helio Start first-paid measurement audit brief created in my May 28 contact with the validated interim result. Owen reran the query using one workspace-level record per invoice, non-zero cash collected, and no full refund on the payment date. Daniela validated the backfill and timestamp boundaries. Of 52 admitted workspaces with complete day-30 windows, 41 have a settled first cash payment by day 30, or 78.8%. Record that the raw count of 47 fell by four same-day full refunds and two zero-cash credit invoices, while the three duplicate event pairs produced no additional workspace exclusions after deduplication. Preserve the evidence boundary that this is an interim first-paid measure and does not establish day-90 retention or forecastable revenue.

Acme legal says its substantive review is complete and the corrected commercial terms remain accepted, but the authorized signer is unavailable until Monday, June 3. No new redline has been raised and no signature exists yet. Priya's feedback on my self-review says: “Strong overall, but the growth edge reads like a tooling issue. Make it about your own leadership behavior: you waited too long to name which ambiguities needed an owner. Add what you will do differently at the start of the next evidence cycle.” Revise only the growth-edge response so it owns that delay and commits to assigning metric semantics, finance dependencies, and validation ownership at the start of future evidence work.

The June 1 delivery contains 13.8 pounds of standard-batch chicken plus a separate sealed 1.5-pound allergy-safe package. The standard prep target is 22 portions at seven cooked ounces each, and the chef-owner's expected yield for the standard chicken is 68%. The allergy-safe package may not be reassigned.
