004526Jul 31, 202709:20 UTC-05:00My notes from the current library copy: 1. A rotating key duty keeps the shared kitchen operating, but the duty is informal and absent from the official rota. 2. When one resident stops carrying it, the others describe the breakdown as that resident’s personal failure even though the institution depended on hidden labor. 3. The final chapter adds the duty to the official rota but does not resolve who has enough time, authority, or support to perform it fairly.

004531Aug 1, 202715:20 UTC-05:00Mom arrived at AUS at 2:35pm, but her checked suitcase didn’t appear. The airline opened a delayed-bag file and will contact me when it’s located. She has her medication, ID, phone charger, and one change of clothes in her carry-on, and I’m still taking her straight to Cherrywood for a quiet first evening. Give me a concise same-day sequence covering which claim details and bag description to preserve, which necessary purchases and receipts to keep, what not to discard, and how to keep tonight simple while we wait for the airline’s update.

004533Aug 2, 202710:35 UTC-05:00The completed 21-day Growth experiment analysis shows: Powered window: July 13 through August 2, 2027. Assigned sessions: 24,860 total; 12,419 control and 12,441 treatment. Declared primary conversion rate: 12.0% control and 12.6% treatment. Estimated difference: +0.6 percentage points; 95% confidence interval +0.1 to +1.1 percentage points. Predeclared minimum effect: +0.8 percentage points. Exploratory completion measure: +1.4 percentage points. The earlier 45-minute ingestion delay affected both arms; assignment logs were complete, all delayed events were backfilled, and the declared primary metric has no missing event after backfill. Required stabilization cohort: not yet complete.

004541Aug 3, 202716:30 UTC-05:00The Growth team’s draft says: Headline: `21-day test proves conversion lift and is ready to ship.` Summary: `Treatment won the primary conversion result and the completion measure, so we should roll it out after the 21-day window.` The underlying powered-window estimate is +0.6 percentage points on the declared primary metric against a predeclared +0.8-point minimum effect. The fully backfilled ingestion interval remains in the denominator, the earlier ingestion delay is documented as reliability evidence, and the required stabilization cohort is incomplete.

004547Aug 5, 202707:20 UTC-05:00Water service came back after Cherrywood's extended common-line work window. 004558Aug 7, 202717:35 UTC-05:00Mom's August 1–7 Cherrywood visit is complete in the ordinary-week format. I kept my ordinary workdays, Sam kept his posted restaurant shifts, and our one shared activity remained today's scheduled watercolor block. From 9:00am to 11:00am, Mom and I used my supplies to paint separate 9-by-12-inch studies of the same Cherrywood kitchen-window setup. Both became fully dry; I put mine in my private watercolor portfolio, and Mom took hers when I handled her scheduled 4:20pm AUS departure back to Sacramento. The session creates no sale, exhibition, or public-demonstration commitment.

004560Aug 8, 202714:00 UTC-05:00The book-club organizer asked me to lead the first ten minutes on Tuesday because the person who planned to open is unavailable. My notes are: An informal rotating key duty keeps the shared kitchen operating but is absent from the official rota. When one resident stops carrying the duty, the others describe the breakdown as that resident's personal failure even though the institution depended on hidden labor. The final chapter adds the duty to the official rota but does not resolve who has enough time, authority, or support to perform it fairly.
