Request

Create a concise one-page document titled `Expansion Assist — 2028 planning claims boundary` for leadership. State what kind of evidence supports the standing lane, what leadership may say, what pipeline, revenue, forecast, and rollout claims remain prohibited, and the status of the old time-based nudge.

Required memory

Fact 74

Owen may refresh eligibility for the standing Expansion Assist lane monthly.

After reviewing the completed two-cohort evidence, Priya and I approved Expansion Assist as a narrow standing retained-mid operating lane rather than another one-off cohort or a broad rollout. Owen may refresh eligibility monthly. Ines may schedule no more than three neutral, state-specific help-or-options exposures per week. Positive eligibility requires deeper integration use, recent active-admin behavior by a qualifying human admin who remains currently active at the eligibility check, and a product-visible usage ceiling newly crossed within the prior 14 days. Stale, conflicting, or deactivated-admin records fail closed. Active Customer Success adoption or renewal work suppresses a commercial prompt, and Customer Success receives a handoff only after a help request or the agreed product-visible usage ceiling is crossed. The evidence is operational and descriptive rather than causal, so the lane remains outside pipeline, revenue commitments, forecast credit, and any broad retained-mid rollout. The old day-60 nudge remains retired. Post this approved operating instruction and the commercial-status limits to growth operations.

Fact 73

After reviewing the completed two-cohort evidence, Priya and Riley Tanaka approved Expansion Assist as a narrow standing retained-mid operating lane rather than another one-off cohort or a broad rollout; because the evidence is operational and descriptive rather than causal, the lane is outside pipeline, revenue commitments, forecast credit, and any broad retained-mid rollout, and the old day-60 nudge remains retired.

Fact 421

Riley Tanaka decided Expansion Assist can be used as 2024 design input, but not as a Q4 launch, pipeline signal, broad retained-mid prompt, forecastable alert stream, revenue-credit source, or replacement for the simple day-60 nudge.

The Expansion Assist review just finished. Owen and Ines showed that the state-and-handoff model is credible mostly because it suppresses bad prompts: accounts can look commercially interesting and still be the wrong place for a prompt because of open Customer Success adoption work, renewal-risk activity, missing active-admin behavior, or stale quote context. Customer Success said the monthly false-positive loop is manageable, but only as a monthly loop, not as a weekly pre-clear queue for Sales. Marcus Vail asked again whether the model can show up in Q1 planning. My decision is that it can appear as 2024 design input, but it is not a Q4 launch, pipeline signal, broad retained-mid prompt, forecastable alert stream, revenue-credit source, or a replacement for the simple day-60 nudge.
