Request

Email Sarah Kim at sarah@atlas-test.com, copying Devon at devon@atlas-test.com, a response draft to Evergreen's request for an adjusted August department cap and inclusion of sync-operator permissions.

Required memory

Fact 311

During Evergreen Bank’s Q3 2026 current-state/admin review, Devon reinforced that there is no custom admin package, overage cap, department carveout, commercial exception, or Q3 expansion motion.

Sarah and Devon just came out of the Evergreen Q3 current-state/admin review with a clean result. Evergreen's admin team accepted the shipped SAML login, visible invite/source/admin audit lookup, workspace-admin support path, and the June standard Growth usage explanation for its internal memo. Procurement again asked whether granular sync-operator permissions could be described as a preliminary Q3 roadmap expectation, and Sarah kept that current-state only while Devon reinforced that there is no custom admin package, overage cap, department carveout, commercial exception, or Q3 expansion motion. Please update the Evergreen Bank CRM row now with status `q3_2026_admin_review_closed_current_scope` and replacement tags `mercury`, `growth`, `annual-customer`, `evergreen`, `current-state-admin-review-closed`, `granular-sync-operator-logged-input`, and `no-commercial-exception`.

Fact 327

Evergreen Bank finished August 2026 with 236 monthly active developers, within one standard Growth overage band.

Devon and Anna brought me the final August close. Evergreen finished August at 236 monthly active developers, again inside one standard Growth overage band. AWS closed at about $18.9k, Pinecone at about $4.2k, and Acme only had normal API v2 export/docs questions through support with no timeout recurrence or data-loss report. I want working language that connects July and August as stronger operating-durability evidence, but still keeps it to standard-term Evergreen usage, monthly vendor hygiene, and normal Acme owner-lane support rather than turning it into a fundraising, hiring, vendor-prepay, or custom-commercial trigger. Please write the concise final-close row Anna can use.
