Access stays suspended until correction and a successful rerun of the affected safety check. Latency and other errors do not independently stop the pilot unless they cause one of those violations. I retain technical monitoring and failure-mode ownership; Iris retains customer interpretation and feedback. Update the Lantern preview authorization and operational handoff with the complete bounded contract, and post the decision summary to the Infra team.

Here’s the revised staging PR and test evidence from the ingest-edge owner: The candidate computes the deduplication key from SHA-256 of the complete request ID. Two valid long IDs with the same first 32 characters remain separate: an 800-point request and a different 1,200-point request each succeed, and 2,000 total points are accepted. Repeating the identical complete ID returns the stored terminal result and accepts no duplicate points. The change is staging-only; production is unchanged.

Review `thread_20250612_ingest_edge_idempotency_truncation` against my blocking comment and approve it for merge if the full-identity hash, distinct shared-prefix IDs, genuine identical-key retry behavior, non-duplication, and accurate caller-visible results all match that evidence.

Product Engineering’s revised Lantern CSV feasibility proposal now says: Replacement-token audit records contain the original customer requester, the acting support administrator, the reason, and a link to the original export. Retrieval rechecks tenant and export authorization before each response chunk. If authorization is lost, the stream terminates, the token is invalidated, and the incomplete object is deleted. The proposal lists intended revocation and attribution tests but includes no implementation or executed test output. CSV still has no customer authorization and remains unavailable and unpromised.

Assess whether this closes the support-admin attribution and in-progress revocation design gaps, then draft a concise response to Iris requesting implementation and executed failure-mode evidence without authorizing the feature.

Review it against my April 18 blocking comment and approve it for merge if those fail-closed generation and full-health regressions match the evidence. This is merge approval only—not deployment or owner-led-window authorization—and it doesn’t reopen the resolved incident.

Devika has two confirmed August hospital assignments: a daytime hospitalist block Saturday, August 2 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a swing block Wednesday, August 13 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
