Roman’s corrected parity fixture now verifies both expected and observed generation signatures before any key or bounded-value comparison. Compare the annual employee premiums and practical risk tradeoffs, including how the unstated employer HSA funding schedule affects the comparison. I’m not making the 2028 election yet.

Wes's staging canary summary defines `replacement_success_rate` as ready replacements divided by ready replacements plus post-readiness health failures. It leaves out startup-budget terminations. In the fixture, 8 of 10 replacements became ready while 2 timed out, stayed unroutable, and were terminated, yet the summary reports 100% success. Production is unchanged.

Explain to Wes why that denominator is misleading, then draft the blocking response. Timed-out, rejected, and otherwise unsuccessful attempts have to stay visible in the canary result. Wes keeps implementation and release ownership.

The current South Slope electric statement covers August 13–September 11, 2027: 30 days, 603 kWh, $83.54 delivery, $82.11 supply, $11.92 taxes and fees, $177.57 total, and a $0.00 prior balance. The previous statement covered July 13–August 12: 31 days, 684 kWh, and $196.17 total. There’s no outage, unfamiliar fee, equipment fault, or balance dispute.

Calculate and concisely compare the absolute and percentage changes in usage and total cost, plus the effective total cost per kWh for each period.

We measured 4.25 pounds left in Kibo’s current food bag. At his unchanged 2.0 cups per day and the label’s 4 ounces per level cup, that’s 8.5 days of food.
