004602Sep 7, 202713:15 UTC-04:00The source owner republished the five backfill rows with their original stable customer-row identities. Product Engineering found one distinct identity for each, no collision with an already counted row, and no change to any authoritative `source_timestamp`, customer output, or audit flag. The corrected provisional checkpoint through September 6 is: 2,873 customer sessions; 554 logical explanation requests; 363 eligible combined explanations; 125 valid over-24-hour separations; 66 explicit-unknown outcomes; 0 eligible renderer failures; and 104 distinct delayed-or-retried rows. Harbor Health has 11 release follow-ups, Mosaic Commerce has 10 incident handoffs, and every established safety category and customer-path internal-reference category remains 0.

Note that I’ll provide adult access, Kibo must be secured, and the existing living-room radiator path must remain clear. This is preventive; management reports no loss of heat, leak, odor, carbon-monoxide concern, defect, repair, or household charge.

Across 500 unresolved-owner fixtures, explicit unknown remained unassigned, created an owner-map correction item, and never routed to me or another fallback owner. All 120 valid published-owner fixtures routed to their recorded owners. The helper changes no authoritative owner-map record and makes no implementation, release, or rollback decision.

004607Sep 8, 202709:10 UTC-04:00Yuki’s revised sustained representative run lasted 4 hours after the buffer-reuse change, still using the proposed 1,048,576-byte aggregate decoded-attribute limit and 72-request decode-admission cap. Peak decoded-request memory was 347 MiB above the 1.12 GiB baseline. Accepted throughput was 0.8% below the uncapped baseline, and p99 completion time was 2.4% higher. Limit-plus-one and cap-excess work received retryable pre-acceptance results, no over-limit work was enqueued, and every request had exactly one terminal outcome. Production is unchanged.

All 2,000 tampered-identifier, stale-signature, wrong-signer, and missing-signature fixtures failed before comparison and produced no parity result. All 2,000 valid signed-generation fixtures proceeded to the full bidirectional key and exact bounded-value comparison; injected missing keys, unexpected keys, and value mismatches failed, while exact matches passed. 004612Sep 8, 202716:20 UTC-04:00Add a September 8, 2027 explicit-unknown ownership practice case to the existing `Quarterly incident practice module`. The owner map returns explicit unknown and an automation proposes assigning me as fallback operational owner. Responders must keep ownership unknown and unassigned, route correction through the authoritative owner-map path, and not treat me, Nadia, or the facilitator as an implementation, release, or rollback owner. This is not a standing approval gate; Wes still owns responder-path teaching and Nadia still reviews the postmortem boundary.

That last predicate would still exclude rows whose authoritative source timestamp is within the evidence period merely because processing finishes after the cutoff. There’s no final count or freeze yet.

004619Sep 10, 202708:40 UTC-04:00Sphere’s 2028 open-enrollment preview says the election deadline is October 22, 2027 at 5:00 PM Eastern. The individual HDHP is $104 per biweekly paycheck, with a $2,400 deductible, 10% coinsurance after the deductible, fully covered preventive care, and HSA eligibility. Employer HSA funding is mentioned, but its deposit schedule isn’t stated. The individual PPO is $171 per biweekly paycheck, with an $800 deductible, 20% coinsurance after the deductible, fully covered preventive care, and no HSA eligibility. I have 26 biweekly paychecks and no known nonpreventive care planned.

004621Sep 10, 202711:15 UTC-04:00Wes's staging canary summary defines `replacement_success_rate` as ready replacements divided by ready replacements plus post-readiness health failures. It leaves out startup-budget terminations. In the fixture, 8 of 10 replacements became ready while 2 timed out, stayed unroutable, and were terminated, yet the summary reports 100% success. Production is unchanged.

004625Sep 10, 202718:30 UTC-04:00We measured 4.25 pounds left in Kibo’s current food bag. At his unchanged 2.0 cups per day and the label’s 4 ounces per level cup, that’s 8.5 days of food. The unchanged 18-pound autoship is currently set to process September 17 with estimated delivery September 20–22, so there may be a gap. He has no symptom or diet change. Calculate the depletion date and buffer under the current timing versus moving processing to September 13 with delivery on September 15, then recommend the practical processing date without changing his food or daily allowance.

004627Sep 11, 202711:20 UTC-04:00Anya brought me an unusual North Pier handoff-boundary issue. The staging sequence is: 1. Read the release-candidate manifest at canonical-package version 4.12.0. 2. Validate all listed outputs and artifact metadata against 4.12.0. 3. The manifest changes to canonical-package version 4.12.1. 4. A separate writer sets `implementation_ready=true` using the earlier validation result. The result is that the 4.12.1 handoff is marked ready without being validated against 4.12.1.

It must use two fully anonymized examples: one separating actual reassessment time from later documentation-entry time, and one using a correction or addendum while preserving the original record. Each example must contain exactly these categories: what happened; safe wording; what the wording must not imply. No patient-identifying material may appear, and no patient facts or identifiers were supplied.

004631Sep 11, 202717:10 UTC-04:00Devika has a noon–8:00 PM clinical swing block Sunday and expects to leave South Slope at 11:15 AM. I also have the fixed 9:00–10:15 AM soccer window. We’re doing our usual night-before setup; Kibo stays at 2.0 cups total for the day with treats included, and I still own dinner and the evening walk. Give me one practical Saturday-night and Sunday-morning handoff sequence that gets his breakfast and quiet walk done, lets me attend soccer, and has me home before Devika leaves, with my evening coverage included.

004637Sep 14, 202709:20 UTC-04:00North Pier's scheduled September 14 disaster-recovery expiration completed. The final evidence shows the licensed workshop edit is absent from the expired backup volume and restoration inventory, with no retained object or restoration reference remaining. No restoration or use occurred while the interim restrictions were in place. Public access had already been disabled, and the working and publication copies had already been deleted. Anya accepted the final purge evidence for her lane. Permanent removal is now complete, but it happened after the unextended August 17 deadline, so the late purge does not retroactively establish compliance with that deadline.

004639Sep 14, 202718:20 UTC-04:00Devika and I are looking ahead to our protected September 18–19 weekend. The forecast is dry and mild Saturday and rainy Sunday afternoon. We want no optional work, one light local outing with Kibo, substantial time at home, and our ordinary longer cortado-and-crossword walk if practical. Suggest a deliberately loose weekend structure that puts the Kibo outing in the better weather, keeps the cafe routine optional, and preserves plenty of unscheduled time.
