While preparing the May slice for the still-open Lantern evidence cycle, Product Engineering found seven retry or delayed-processing audit rows with no `processing_attempt_id`. Each still has a tenant-scoped `authority_record_id` and valid authoritative `source_timestamp`, and the customer-visible explanations ordered correctly. There was no renderer failure, customer-path internal-reference output, or safety violation. The current audit query joins retry detail only by `processing_attempt_id`, so those rows cannot yet enter the observed source-ordering audit through a documented alternate key.
