Cyrus's sample showed raw `replay_source_id` would be effectively unbounded in the replay stream, Roman agreed the debugging need is real but that the raw ID belongs in logs rather than as a metric label, and the metric is going to use a bounded `source_class` enum instead. Update runbook entry `rb_1697635080004` by adding the provided `Pilot prevention note — Nov 14, 2023` section and leave the title unchanged.
