At the scheduled reassessment, I had symmetric grip and resisted wrist-flexion strength, no pain with the previously provocative light undercling test, and no next-day symptoms after the final two loading progressions. The clinician cleared a return to bouldering with a longer forearm warmup and progressive load management. For the first two weeks after February 20, I’m staying on easy open-hand routes before reintroducing hard underclings. Ren and I used that plan during an easy evening session, which finished without pain or recurrent limitation. I’ve resumed bouldering with Ren under that plan.
